PMs and supers walk the project taking photos as usual. The agent ingests every photo, locates it on the floor plan, and identifies the defect (crack, finish, MEP rough-in, life-safety) from the image.
ASSIGN
Sub assignment & notification
Maps each defect to the trade that owns it and the specific sub on contract for that area. Drafts the punch item, attaches the photo, and routes to the sub with a target completion date.
TRACK
Completion tracking
Tracks each item to closure. Reminds subs as targets approach. Requests proof photo on close. Re-opens items if quality doesn't pass. Owner sees the live punch dashboard.
CLOSEOUT
Closeout + warranty package
Generates the closeout package, punch confirmation, sub sign-offs, warranty start dates, manuals, attic stock, from the project record. Hands off to building ops with a warranty database for the owner.
