The Build

The Executive AI Assistant is built across three integrations the senior staff already live in, NAVAN, Microsoft 365, and MS Teams, with context retention and preference learning across every conversation.

01 · Travel Management

Books and manages air, train, hotel, and rental car via NAVAN. Interprets high-level travel intent ("I need to be in Calgary Tuesday before noon"). Optimizes for loyalty programs and personal preferences. Handles changes, cancellations, delays, and re-bookings end-to-end. Provides concise summaries and confirmations.

02 · Calendar & Meeting Management

Schedules, reschedules, and cancels meetings on Microsoft 365. Coordinates availability across time zones. Proposes optimal meeting times and locations. Sends invites and confirmations. Understands meeting priority and context, knows what's interruptible and what isn't.

03 · Call Screening & Voice Interaction

Answers and screens incoming Microsoft Teams calls with a distinct, configurable voice persona, professional, calm, confident. Identifies callers, purpose, and urgency. Routes, takes messages, or declines calls appropriately. Escalates urgent calls in real time. Always natural, never scripted.

04 · Intelligence & Autonomy

Context retention across every conversation. Proactive recommendations and suggestions. Preference learning over time. Graceful handling of ambiguity, escalates to the right person with the right context, never guesses silently.
