Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Ruh.AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Ruh.AI, Inc. is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Ruh.AI provides an AI-powered agent and workflow automation platform—including Ruh Developer and Ruh Work-Lab—that enables users to create, deploy, and manage AI agents, automated workflows, and digital workforce solutions for business and operational use cases.

Ruh.AI provides AI-powered solutions including Ruh Developer and Ruh Work-Lab that help businesses leverage artificial intelligence for various operational tasks. You may use Ruh.AI by subscribing to a paid plan or through a free evaluation period.

We aim to keep our services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If you use Ruh.AI on an evaluation basis, the trial ends when you subscribe, when we end it, or at any time without reason.

Paid plans are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. After a free trial, you must choose a payment plan and provide valid billing information.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Late enterprise invoices may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. You are responsible for all applicable taxes except U.S. federal income tax.

If you wish to dispute any charges, you must notify us within 15 days of the charge. We may change payment plans and fees, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend service for non-payment. No refunds will be issued for unused time upon cancellation.

To use our services, you must register with a valid email address. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and all agents and workflows you deploy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel user IDs. We may suspend accounts that present abuse, fraud, or legal risk. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use Ruh.AI for work, you must have the necessary organizational permissions to provide content and bind your organization.

You are responsible for your own equipment and internet connectivity. You may incur third-party charges (e.g., data or ISP fees) based on your device's use with Ruh.AI.

You agree not to abuse usage limits or attempt to bypass credit controls. We may throttle or suspend abnormal or abusive usage patterns to protect platform stability.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the services or any part thereof without our explicit written consent.

The Platform uses AI systems that produce probabilistic and non-deterministic results. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or bias.

You must review and validate all Output before relying on it. Do not rely on AI output alone for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or compliance decisions. Model behavior and outputs may change over time due to updates and improvements.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services and websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ruh.AI does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party systems, content, or data practices. If you have concerns about linked services, contact their administrators directly.

If you believe someone is using our service to infringe on your copyrights, you may submit a notice to legal@ruh.ai with the following details: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Ruh.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

Total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 12 months. For free plan users, total liability is capped at $100.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive all claims against Ruh.AI for damages arising from your use of the services. If you are a California resident, you waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542. If you reside in another jurisdiction, you waive any similar statutory protections.

You may cancel your account at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

After termination, you may export your data for 30 days. Backup logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes for a limited time. No refunds upon termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms or Platform features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. Beta features are experimental and provided without warranties of any kind.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback to Ruh.AI, you acknowledge that such submissions may be used by Ruh.AI without compensation or attribution. You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.

Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations. Consumers using the service for personal use may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@ruh.ai.

All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

You may not use the Platform in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws. You represent and confirm that you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction and are not on any restricted party list.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruh.AI. The relationship is that of independent contractors. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Ruh.AI may assign its rights without notice. Electronic acceptance of these Terms is valid and enforceable.
